I only spent 7 days in Bolivia which is probably due to the fact that I did not like it much. Having said that, Uyuni, in the south is one of the most amazing places on this planet. It is worth the trip to Bolivia just to experience it.

The southern half of South America is incredibly big and impressive. From Grand Canyonesque scenery in the north to vast deserts pretty much everywhere else, and the snowcapped Andes in the South this is an incredibly impressionable place not to be missed.

From Ushuaia, Argentina I took a 12-day cruise to Antarctica. This difficult to reach continent is home to a wide range of animal life and massive icebergs, glaciers, and snow covered mountains. I look forward to going back some day.
